This information is treated with complete confidentiality, exclusively for the purposes of providing the requested service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why we use your data and on what legal basis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Answering your request and preparing a quote \u2014 pre-contractual steps taken at your request.<\/li><li>Providing the translation, proofreading or interpreting service you hired \u2014 performance of a contract.<\/li><li>Issuing invoices and meeting tax obligations \u2014 legal obligation.<\/li><li>Protecting the website against spam, abuse and unauthorised access \u2014 legitimate interest of GT Tradu\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li><li>Website usage statistics \u2014 your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information Security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We implement strict IT security measures to protect your data. Files sent to us are stored in encrypted form and can only be accessed by professionals directly involved in the translation. Confidentiality is at the heart of everything we do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To operate, the website relies on service providers that process data only on our behalf, following our instructions and bound by confidentiality: website hosting and technical maintenance, email service, website delivery and protection network (Cloudflare) and, if you allow it, usage statistics (Google Analytics). Some of these providers may process technical data outside the European Union, always with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Virtual Assistant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The assistant available on the website is <strong>AI-generated<\/strong> and answers based on public information about our services. It is only meant to answer questions and route requests: it does not make decisions about you and does not replace contact with our team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>The assistant does not store conversations.<\/strong> Each message is processed only at that moment, to generate the answer, and is not recorded \u2014 neither the text nor the IP address.<\/li><li>Processing takes place on servers located in the European Union, without sending anything to third-party artificial intelligence services.<\/li><li>For statistical purposes we only count the number of conversations per month, with no data about who had them or what they said.<\/li><li>If you leave your name and email in the assistant, they are sent to our team only to answer the request you made, and handled like a contact message.<\/li><li><strong>Do not send documents or sensitive data<\/strong> (health, identification, banking details) through the assistant. To request a translation, please use the quote form.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Use of Cookies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our website uses <strong>cookies<\/strong>, small files stored on your device:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Necessary<\/strong> cookies, always active: they remember your chosen language, your cookie choice and keep the forms working.<\/li><li><strong>Statistics (Google Analytics)<\/strong>: only activated if you click \u00abAccept\u00bb in the cookie notice. They help us understand how the site is used, so we can optimise its performance and content.
