How long is your data retained?
The data and documents sent for translation are stored only for the time necessary to provide the contracted service. After delivery of the translation, the files may be kept for a maximum period of 90 days, in order to ensure any revisions or clarifications requested by the client.
At the end of this period, the documents are securely deleted from our systems, unless there is a legal or contractual requirement that justifies their retention for a longer period.
